ODS Enterprises was founded in 2000 by the late Oscar Washington Jr. and his wife, Doris Washington, who is a licensed residential and commercial contractor. Oscar was a licensed general and commercial contractor who began by learning the financial management side of the building business first. Together, they proceeded to work on the job sites with sub-contractors and suppliers to learn the daily operations of building.
ODS remains committed to excellent customer service and quality craftsmanship. Doris continues the legacy of Oscar by leading ODS Enterprises onto a new era of prolific work in Central Arkansas. She is committed to personally overseeing the daily operations of each project, and often assists clients with designing homes that meet or exceed their expectations yet are consistent with their budget requirements. ODS is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, a registered minority-owned business, and has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
Homes built by ODS can be found in the West Little Rock Area in Chenal Valley and the Villages of Wellington, and in other locations such as Auburn Hills subdivision in Benton, Royal Oaks subdivision in Southwest Little Rock, and Osage Falls in Maumelle. Oscar and his wife, Doris (Eskridge) had two children, Stephanie and Sydnie. Oscar was a native of Carlisle, Arkansas and Doris is a native of Harrisburg, Arkansas. The Washington family attends St. Mark Baptist Church, in Little Rock, Arkansas. They are committed to core family values, and believe in taking part in community service projects and serving others.
